These “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” apply to all transactions processed by the Order Processing Service mentioned on the invoice.
GENERAL
Any order received by mail, fax, telephone call, e-mail or recorded on one of the websites operated, commits the Customer to the prior and informed acceptance of these “general conditions of sale”. The order received is recorded and validated on condition that it is accompanied by full payment. Any order known as “validated” is firm and cannot be cancelled by the sole unilateral will of the buyer, whatever the cause.
THE ITMES
The items supplied are in accordance with those specified in the order. The photographs illustrating the articles, the description and the presentation texts are not included in the contractual fields. The customer service department undertakes to respond to any request normally expressed.
DELAYS
Orders are processed and delivered as soon as possible. However, a possible delay does not give the buyer the right to refuse the goods, to claim a discount on the selling price of the products, to ask for the cancellation or termination of the contract or to claim damages.
SALE PRICE
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all our prices include taxes. The goods are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of validation of the order. Shipping costs are invoiced in addition.

PROPERTY
The ownership of the goods mentioned on the invoice is reserved to the seller until full payment is received.
CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of his order to return any item not suitable, in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for its re-marketing and ask for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return. For hygienic reasons, the return of some of our products will not be accepted if the original packaging has been unsealed, unsealed, opened, torn, marked.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee of our products is of express agreement, strictly limited to the replacement of products recognized by us as defective, excluding all costs, indemnities and damages.
